You can not fill the "Desired net volume" box, it will make the program ignore all the dimensions you entered above.

Ok this should be it i took out the net volume and it change the tuning and volume.

Well the port must be the same width, height throuhout all its length

In regards to your calculatoins, are correct but reduced port area and lowered tuning will result in a much less louder design specially for a 10".

Well you didnt say if your sub is a dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm, if it is a dual 4 ohm coils wired in parallel I would go to 1.4 cubic feet @32Hz 14-15 square inches per cube of port area since you listen most to rap, if you kind of listen to all stuff 34Hz.

If your sub is dual 2 ohm coils wired in parallel then 1.25 cubes as you did @32hz 14-15 square inches per cube of port area also.

In any case I would engage the subsonic filter on the amp set to 25Hz ( very effective way to protect the sub).

For a 30 inch long port and with your assembly style I get:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 33.78 Hz

Vb = 1.26 ft^3

External Height = 12 in

External Width = 24.5 in

External Depth = 14 in

Port Width = 1 3/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front = 22 x 10 1/2

Back = 24 1/2 x 10 1/2

Left & Right Sides:

Side 1 = 12 1/2 x 10 1/2

Side 2 = 13 1/4 x 10 1/2

Top & Bottom = 24 1/2 x 14

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 10 3/4 x 10 1/2

Extension = 16 x 10 1/2

There is this guy that came here with a 12000W RMS amp and subs to match complaining that it was just not loud enough... so it depends on who you are, I would setup a couple of SA-12s thinking on sundown in your car.. but maybe your sa-10 will do it for you, if not just ask everyone.. we all keep upgrading from time to time.
