It is a serious concern for me too. Well it is now lol. I have no idea how other people's Tahoe hatches have not been destroyed like this. I might have to seal the back window closed to further prevent it.

Ok. Started building the new box with the help of FLwatersaver. He has some serious skills with a skill saw. I used to swear by table saw's but using a skill saw and a guide is very very very good. Anyway on with the pics
