Here's some video of the car. Its done. doing some ok numbers. its that time of the season to actually get it loud and finish it before finals. Best burp so far at a show was a 159.0 at 47hz. i've done multiple 58.8s and 58.7s so I'm pretty happy wiht that.

your baffle being so thick might be limiting you some. If you shaped the rear to open the back wave it would probably help.

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.
