onelivinlarge Posted April 13, 2012 Report Posted April 13, 2012 ok here is the deal i want to take an alt from a 5.3 or 4.3 chevy and put it on a f22a1 honda motor so when i said custom i ment custom. now i have the rest figured out, jump harness (both use 4 pin plugs just a matter of matching wires) pulleys, yad yad yad. yes i know there are alts out there for mine but the cost is well lets say less than desirable for the amount of amps in which they put out when i can have 250 + amp chevy alts for under 300 used all day long. so ideas on a braket? 1) lookj to left 2) NOTICE BLKUE 3) ME > Y9OU 4) that is all

It would be almost impossible to do it without having the alt and car I front of you. It's highly unlikely that someone can do it without having the car and alt at their disposal. Maybe call up DC Power, they may be able to help ya out. If you take it to get a bracket there going to charge you probably 150-200 or more because they have to do a one off they can't sell. Then 300 for the alt you get what I'm saying.
