tvcincy Posted April 13, 2012 Author Report Posted April 13, 2012 i have their bc3500 and got to say its been the best amp for the money. and like other says, they are not power hungry and can take quite an abuse(play down to 10-11v, have it .35 ohms, BUT you got to have your alternator and batteries upgrade with 1/0 ga wires) EDIT - and to answer your question, i would recommend doing the big 3 upgrade, and adding another battery just to be on the safe side. reason is because 2k CAN be a little too much on your stock alternator. i'm sorry. i am a noob to this site. what is the big 3? might be a dumb question but i don't know :/thanks

Good luck, I was looking into same amp to power 2 10" dual 6OHM Audiobahns. 2017 Ford EcoBoost Mustang, Grabber Blue Single 10" Dual 2 OHM Skar EVL 4thOrderBandpass doors & rear all Orion Custom 1 of a kind 15" Android.

Good luck, I was looking into same amp to power 2 10" dual 6OHM Audiobahns. lol wat? autozone doesn't carry the big 3... you seem to be reaaaaally misinformed/confused. look at the guide thats in the electrical section on how to do the big 3

I should have been more specific, when I wrote "and then some" I meant upgrade in wiring, what I didn't know though is that it has to be a 2nd battery. I have yet to upgrade my truck to big 3 but I don't need it at this point. No issues and plenty of pounding. Thought it could just be an upgraded battery. bassface Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 Big 3 uppgrade is just replacing the factory grounds to the battery from engine block and chassis with 1/0 guage and running a 1/0 guage wire from alt to positve on battery.
