Need help with a box design

Recommended Posts

Well here are my questions

1. Is there a way to tell what size box you can slide into a trunk (specifically an 09 camry se) because the inside of the trunk is plenty big for a box but the problem is just getting it in

2.I want to build a ported box for my two kicker cvr 12s. I built my first box and it was to big, and the second box i built for them works but......I'm sure they could sound much better

So if anyone will help with a box design and help me figure out if it would fit, that would be great.

some people actually build boxes inside the trunk of the car as they go, basically meaning it's a one shot kind of thing, once build you can't take out, make any change of wiring unless you have the necessary space provided, in other words it's a caveman job build it, and when you done with it and time for a new build, you need to take it apart. Could also do some measurements see what you can work with, seen a decent size box inside a camry

I can custmize one for you, just make sure what you can fit, do a cardboard dummy or maybe get the info from another member's build, should be the same year if possible.

well now that i think about it, do you think it would maybe just be a better idea to do a sealed box since they take less space, or do you think you can come up with a small enough ported design?
