Need help deciding if this would effect the performance of the subs

Ok guys so I'm a little bit heated right now and need some help processing everything and need your input. Just received these today and before acting too rashly I want to hear everyones opinion on whether or not the performance of the sub would be effected by the damage. I know its ugly as sin and decreases the value of the woofers but please, try to answer directly to the question on whether or not the performance would be effected. And by effected I mean effected in such a way that would stop you from wanting to run the subs or buy them.

Shouldn't make a noticeable change in BL unless it shifted the motor on the frame, or the frame is bent.

Ferrite is very brittle and even from the factory I've seen subs with similar damage (chips, yours looks deliberate haha) either way, I doubt you have lost enough ferrite to change the woofer at all. Resale value may be hurt a bit but it should continue to rock on.
