focused313 Posted April 19, 2012 Report Posted April 19, 2012 I had this.... then I went to grandmas house and saw that she was putting hardwood floor in her hallway, so I decided to take a board and just see how it looked... then I headed to Home Depot and found a box for $26 and committed... stripped the carpet material off my mdf board and got to work... the floor is in 3 parts... focused313 Posted April 19, 2012 Author Report Posted April 19, 2012 the hardest part is trimming out the section that lifts up picked up a piano hinge and knob painted them black, but haven't put them on yet. I still haven't figured out what to do with the box. I'm thinking about going black vinvyl and making a beauty panel that stretches the width of the hatch.
