Line out drivers off a 4v pre-out

sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but i dnt see a spot better to put it right now...i am just wondering if it'd be any kind of benefit to run one of these:

off of one of these:

to a DC 2K

is there a benefit to it? or just keep on using the head unit?

like will the signal be cleaner to the amp? stronger? just anything, ive never used one before, so i've never really asked...i just wanna learn all i can about Line Drivers, what they do, what applications they're needed for.

Linedrivers pump up the voltage of the H/U signal to the amp. It´s usefull to determine electrical troubles like altwining.

Till the early 90th you got only H/U´s upt till 1.5 volts output, i growed 10 dB´s if i jump from a 1 volt H/U to a 4 volt H/U.

And you willl be fine only with the H/U:
