Total I have about $300 (including her part) to spend. I would like around ear headphones that can produce high quality sound and can play loud without distortion. Any suggestions? Thanks! 863hurricane Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 Just bought these Sony Mdrv-55 $99 @ best buy. So far I like them. Good sound and comfortable. Was going to get Beats by Dre but I read a lot of bad reviews about them one speaker stop working after 2 months mostly. Their arent many reviews on these yet they just came out. I use them for work (live sound tech) and they are loud and clear with really nice cancellation. I dont know what else is out there coz i havnt needed to look hah. but you shouldnt have troubles getting something impressive with that budget. optical Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 Audio technica You dont need to spend hundreds of dollars to get somthing that will sound nice unless your really into what ever you are buying. Judging by you asking this question you arent so i wouldnt spend over 200 on a pair of cans. this is what i use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826402012 does the job pretty well.
