Term Lab problem. Help

The laptop i installed my software on is completly messed up right now and i cant turn it on. I installed my software on my friends laptop but now it says i have to deactivate it on the old laptop before i can use the code again. How can i deactivate it if i cant even turn my laptop its installed on, on?

take the battery out and leave it sit for awhile and put battery back in and hook it up to the charger see if that works

The laptop turns on but its got a virus and its a black screen i cant do nothin with it

first thing to try is hit the power button, AND SPAM THE FUCK OUT OF F8

until a screen pops up with a list of options. click "safe mode with networking" near the top. (and by click i mean use the arrows on your keyboard, and enter)

see if you cant deactivate your TL software that way.
