We wanted an SPL sub without the drawbacks that some of the others encounter. We had an idea, it was a sub with sick amounts of magnetic force but with a large gap and cooling. This is something you don't see from other companies. But why would we be different? The answer is less coil failures and less re-cones. The only drawback (if it is one) you need a 73lbs motor to get the job done. Was it worth it? Yes it was! The end result is a sub that has extreme amounts of output for the SPL lanes but reliable enough for a high-powered daily system. This is taken straight from the website.
