I was reading the claim process and it said something about seller needing to disclose all defects with adequate pics and description or refund will be issued. Clearly, the seller did not do those, nor did he state there is a no return or refund policy, so I feel I will get a refund. Seller also admits to wrongdoing in the emails I posted so this should be a slam dunk for PP. I just wish they would speed the process up so I can get my money back and buy a different HU and move on. My system is on hold until I get this resolved. I paid for two tickets to CA last Thanksgiving but had to cancel the flights so I have one year to use them. She told me that since in told him a scratch was on the unit, then he should have expected a scatch. She also said it should be resolved within the next week. After discussing it over with many friends they said he didn't deserve a refund since i told him it was there. You can say the pic's were manipulated, but the fact is I said it existed. I said it's not that bad meaning when it's on it blends in, and when i said you can notice it if you really look i was refering to you not being able to see it in the picture that well if at all. But georgiaspl why didn't you provide more pictures?? I can ask him why didn't he ask for more knowing a scratch existed?? Also he got a $1000 head unit for $350 bucks. Thats a steal in itself.
