Quick but major update, I placed an order for a new battery to replace my stock starting battery. Oh and the voltmeter got loose when I was giving a demo to my friend, so I have to reinstall it as well, may put my soldering skills to use, and also thought about setting my subsonic filter from 15 to 25 since my sub doesn't do anything well under 25 anyways, and save myself some power.

Update, finally got a new starter battery from Remybattery for $90, it's an actually an unlabeled Group 34 Deka Intimidator

After installing, first off, the car started quicker, then it went from resting at 13.5 from the old to 13.7, then when I play at 25 outta of 28 from my clean power range, it doesn't drop below 13 volts, 26 and 27, drops into the low 12's and when I play 28, it only drops down into the mid to high 11's when I play below tuning but I haven't seen it drop into the 10 volt area like it did before. I still need to do the Big 3, especially since as you can see, the battery terminal posts are a bit rusty, so that could be hindering current transfer when I go full tilt.

That's a weird looking battery. Wow that's allot of voltage drop in that beast. Sounds like you need the big 3 and bigger alt.

It's an AGM battery, so the posts are a little different.

New alt will be an order when I can get it, but I think the Big 3 right now should fix the voltage drop problems, it's most likely the battery cables being old and rusty cause it remains very stable 2 clicks under full tilt, but when I go full tilt, the voltage drops start happening, so I'm probably choking the alt's current.

But good thing it doesn't don't drop into the 10's anymore, amp doesn't mind 11 volts, but 10 is where it starts getting a bit warm.

Lol I bet bet it got warm trying to push power with 10 volts. Just sucks when it takes so long for each stage cause of money lol. Wished I had mine long enough to put a system in it oh well. I got tired of trying to rewire that thing lol. What is the voltage/amps out of the alt when you go full tilt or do you know?

I don't know the amperage, but Volvo rates it 55 amps idle, 100 amps after 2k rpm.

Yeah, it does suck when I'm on a low budget, but at least my voltage doesn't drop as bad as it used to, but still drops, oh well, Big 3 will be a must.
