You could run two per channel. You just couldnt time align.

What is time align? all of this is so new to me LOL

Time alignment is adding a delay to when a speaker plays in order for all the speakers to sound to same to the person driving the car. I cant really explain it.

Edit: You dont really need it though. There is a slight difference, but its not night and day TO ME

i think i will stick to a basic 2 way active setup, using a SAX 100.4. i know it wont be that big of a diffrence but i already own a DD-1 so might as well add it to my collection and do it right. im not gunna worry about the timeallignment stuff. i just want a clean sounding setup thats able to keep up with my 18"s

so i could run say 4 pro audio 4 ohm mids on the front two channels @ 2 ohm each, then 4 4 ohm tweets, on the rear channels( 2 per channel @ 2 ohm) all on the SAX 100.4?

yea if i do the active setup it will be 4 6.5" mids on the front two channels @ 2 ohm each and maybe 2 tweets to start off with for the front then eventually 4 (1 in each rear door and 1 in each A pillar in the stock location

might start off with just the front doors and do the rears later.

Maybe some Sundown neopro 6.5"

was about to hop on a SAX100.4 but saw jacob has a 125.4 in the works and the 100.4 tooling is no more. guess ill be waiting for the 125.4
