max would be around 35 wide 24-26 tall and 24 deep

i would use for daily driving, listen to dubstep and rap. i have to purchase a bigger amp for this new sub but im gonna buy some 1 ohm stable mono thatll give me 1000-1200 watts perferably 1.2k

and i drive a kia rio hatchback so space isnt exactly that much of a problem it would take up pretty much all of the back but the seats go down and it turns into a flat surface
