How do you guys cut your MDF?

Recommended Posts

I buy my MDF en let it saw by the company self for free lol.

The places you buy it from almost never make straight cuts because they don't know what they are doing. aka Lowes or Home Depot

The guy at Lowes somehow cut all my pieces up to 3/4" off. Needless to say I had to re-cut everything when I got home..

I use a circular saw and a 4' level and clamps for bigger cuts. I also made a 4x8' table to lay the sheet on. It is ALOt earsier than saw horses and cheaper too. I got mybe 15 bucks in lumber to build it. For smaller cuts, I use my $100 table saw. Works great for me
