I just wanted them. ill have to wear the screw on plugs so the blow out wont be so evident.. but i could wear my rings for the hell of it like at the mall or a restaurant. 8v fury said:

That is one of the first signs of a shop that a person should consider doing business with. Most piercers and tattoo artists around here try to go above and beyond required health department regulations by setting up the client rooms to more closely resemble a doctors patient room. Stainless steel counters, hand washing stations, any possible needed medical supplies everywhere , good lighting and other things to make the client feel more comfortable about having a piercing installed. Any place that doesn't look like this behind closed doors is a place that one should say thanks but no thanks - and leave. The risks are not worth it. Granted most shops have some very bizarre lobbies and store fronts, and that is the nature of the business. If you can't see the piercing studio and inspect it before hand, then find somewhere else to go.... Not to rant, but i have a few very good friends that are tattoo artists, piercers and shop managers in this field. FCsteve Posted March 26, 2008 Report Posted March 26, 2008 the place i go too the guy owns 3 of the local pierce and tat shops. they all look shady as fuck from the outside and even the lobbies look ratty. but the piercing room and the tattoo rooms are extremely well kept and they do resemble a dentist office. to me its way over done. but it does let you know the shop is going to do you right. 610EUROs
