yea, both sundown and skar don't give mouting dimensions, they give cutout diameter (which I already have cut). I'm using an SA-12 in my box until I can order a VVX-12

Why would you get rid of an SA-12 for a VVX-12?

you could always measure overall diameter, including mounting lip. then measure the width of the mounting surface, multiply by two, and subtract from overall.

even without specs, you could do that for any sub.
