Tank And Compressor

I figured i'd post this question here seeing its dealing with air.

I got some horns for christmas and now looking for a tank and compressor.I have it norrowed down to a 5 gallon tank,just not sure what compressor to get.I was looking at the viair 380 or the 480.Whats your opinion?

Nice. I have similar horns in my jeep. I have a Viair 450c with a 2.5gal tank and it holds PLENTY of air (for me). 450c take about 3-4 minutes to completely fill my tank. It lasts for awhile, Ill get about 7 or 8 long honks out of it...

I think You'll be happy with the way those horns sound, they get pretty loud.

If you go 5 gals....damn, that'll last forever lol.

thanks guys,i hope they sound as good as they look.The only reason im going with a 5 gallon tank really is incase in the future i want to bag the van.

i have a 5 gal tank going to 2 sets of quad horns and i use a single viair 380c because its the only one i found that does 200 psi and 100% duty.

Just ordered a 5 gallon tank and a viair 480c off ebay.I cant wait to get it hooked all up.
