I got a newer kenwood excelon single din HU. forget the model... I am curious about which level settings I should use, if any. It has "bass boost", "Sub level" and "bass level" all range from +1dB to +15dB... I'm not sure which ones I should not use. I don't want clipping. Is there one I should have up when using DD-1? Thanks Theres also some other settings i'm not sure of like bass ext or something like that. I lost the box and manual so I'm having a hard time with these

do not increase any of them. I keep my bass level at -8, subwoofer level at 0, and bassboost at 0.

I don't normally use any of them. They are all at 0. I just remember someone saying that the sub level should be all the way up when using DD-1, I'll get the exact model tomorrow morning. I was working on the system all day, only had it running for 5 mins then it was too dark.
