2000-05 Monte Carlo audio install ... (kick panel removal, etc.)

I have a 03 Monte SS, & am ready to start running cable, etc. ... issue is: I have pulled many a panel in my years, but I am scratching my head sitting here staring at these. I have searched for some videos on the topic, but, so far, have come up empty-handed. (I continue to search ...)

Nonetheless, ... anyone around these parts fiddle with one of these before?

I also looked, briefly, for a "Search" function on these forums, but did not immediately find it/one. Did I miss it?

I have an 04 myself, have done the complete install myself except for the alternator. So what are you trying to remove? Let me know and I'll walk you through it

My last car was a 02 Monte SS with two 15" XLs, a American Bass VFL500.1, a couple batteries and a lot of 1/0 guage. All IN the TRUNK. with Mechman alt.

Also I have a full DC setup with mechman alt in my wife's 05 Monte SS.

Just starting at the kick panel(s), so I can get to passing speaker cable through the door loom to the components ... Then the long piece(s) along the sill(s) to run the same cable, & 4awg, & signal (RCAs), & trip wire to the trunk ...

The interior on this car is near mint ... the last thing I want to do is break a stupid plastic thingy on the backside because I pulled too hard or got pissed & went all aggro on stuff.

CanNOT thank you two, or anyone else who might jump in, enough for replying ...

Pullin most of the plastic off isn't that hard(except the dash plastics) just be carefull putting them back on, make sure each of the little pegs line up. I thought I had all of them lined up and one had moved, I pushed down and broke a couple pegs.

Yeah, I have got the dash all out, the door panels/skins off, & the rear deck cover out/off.

So just pull straight out on panels? They are all fastened by those silly 'lil "ribbed" things?
