I'd leave feedback, just cause he put alot of stuff for $20 so it seemed like he bought it in bulk but then for some stuff he would price it with a normal price. But it's your call on what you do. But you probably won't be able to leave negative feedback I think it will give you the option if you paid and then just received a refund because not too long ago I bought an iPad off there for like $100 and then seller just issued a refund and never sent MSG or anything.
