WickedToys1
its just "stone craft"......Home Depot carries it. anyway here is a good piece of advice when doing the "stonecraft". Buy a few cans of primer, same base color of course as the stonecraft you chose, and lay it on heavy. That will make your life much easier because trying to cover bare wood with it is very hard and can get expensive fast at $8-9 a can. this is all quoted from steve's post Quote http://www.DCSOUNDLAB.com/01 Chevy Silverado X-CabPioneer 4900 in Dash3 Stinger 2150'sIraggi 260 amp Alt.1/0 Stinger Wiring(2) DC lvl 5 18's(2) Hifonics Cyclops10 cu box tuned to 27hz

EricR
i think he means why does it look like the bottom is higher than it should be from the floor, because his amps set under his box i believe Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? ChevyBoy
its just an illusion. that box doesnt have a "fake floor" in it. it goes all the way down. when he put his amp/amps under his box, he lifted it up some.

So are you telling me those 2x4 braces go through the floor that is visible from the pic or do they stop where that floor is and if you lift the box up you will see amps (kinda like a square frame just on the edges of the bottom of the box.
