Do you believe the SAX 200.4 would be a better choice than the Audison LRx 3.1k 3 channel amp. I have read in other forums that people were having engine noise issues with the SAX-200.4 but that could be installation error.

Ok I respect your guys opinion and right now Im thinkin about pullin the trigger on the SAX 200.4, but WHY not go with the Audison LRx 3.1k 3ch amp with a dedicated D class for my sub, wouldnt that be more efficient ??? Audison opinions ??

Audison makes amazing products. I'e had no personal experience with the 3.1k though.

havent had personal experience with either but heard great things with either. I'm sure you'll be happy with either as long as its installed correctly

I have a friend running a sax200.4, he's pushing a w7 12 and pioneer rev components and he says it pounds. More than enough power and 640 watts @4ohms bridged 2 channels to the w7, but I think w7's are dual 1.5 ohm so he's prolly getting more power than advertised. Those sundown amps take a beating and don't die.

Sounds like the Sundown 200.4 might fit the bill. And its cheaper than the Audison LRx 3.1. No overheating problems with the 200.4 ??
