I started out wanting to replace the back seat with a giant box and run four 15's, but decided I'm not going to have enough airspace and it's going to be way too expensive (keep in mind this is a budget build!). A friend of mine dropped off a sheet of wood she had leftover from a project, so I decided to break out the ole' jigsaw and make some cutouts for a mock-up of what a full-scale wall would look like in my Corolla, and I LOVE it. What do you guys think? I say go for it should be pretty dam loud in that size of a car. subwoofers - two eclipse 88120s box - 3.4 cubes tuned to 32 hz amps - aq1200 and pheonix gold zx450 New build : 2 obsidian audio 15s same amp 6.1 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz in a civic hatch

While I haven't built the subs yet, this is just a "rough draft", if you will, of what I can work with in the vehicle. At exactly 10.0 ft^3 of airspace (all displacements accounted for), I can fit the two 18's in there with a tune of 31.77hz, about perfect for what I'm looking for. Let me know what you think!
