What subs do you have and what amp running on them? What are you wired to at the amp? What is your voltage drop? Which track did you use to tune with the dd1?

Subs are level 3. I used track 7 to tune with. They are on a rockford T1000 each at 1 ohm. Voltage drop is around 11.4 at the wrost.

You tuned with a -15 tone. You are clipping the fuck out of that signal. Drop down an use a -5 and you should be good

Just because you used the dd1 to settle gains, does not mean that it is a clean signal once you start playing music. The dd1 reads distortion based on the track that you are playing. Most music is mastered somewhere in the -3 - -5 range.

11.4? god damn dude get some electrical to back those amps up or else they wont last you much longer. a -15db tone plus that much voltage drop, your sine waves are pretty much completely square at that point.

I am working on the electrical and I will reset and adjust everything using -5 track.

Went out and bought a shuriken bt45 and got it in voltage drop is around 13.6 at idle. Readjusted the gains also and everything is running great.
