You gave me advice on how I'm going to build my box.......36l 11bottom 5top and 14 tall......4in port 17in long.....in the post I just realized you told me to port on passenger side about 3 to 4 in from wall.......you said you've had good results with the subs being ported that way. I'm not looking for #'s. So would porting on drivers side sound better...single cab f150.....

ive ported on the drivers side before and it was ok... if you do youll have to keep ur door shut when demoing and open the passenger door.. if not itll sound like ass (or at least mine did) basically its all how you wanna do it i still sounds good on the drivers side porting on the passenger just not quite as violent as it is for the passenger...make sense?

and for driving around daily i havent noticed a huge difference in porting on both side (in being ur doors cant be open) as far as listening factor biggest thing has been when demoing when u open the doors up.. which is pretty much when these trucks are loudest with 1 door open

So I will port on passenger side......and I will let you know how it works......appreciate the help bro...my other 8 should be here tomorrow....there was an error when they shipped my subs.....and these lil beast put a smile on my face like a lil school girl.....cheesy as hell

I should be building the box this weekend......and I still have to deaden back wall and install other batt and other amp..............

sounds good man ur passenger side door will also want some deadner and some else you can do to stop the back wall from flexing is to take some angle brackets and mount them to the back wall and then to ur box...saved my back from flexing ALOT...mine flew was horrible on my back wall lol if nothing else paint em to match the box makes it look a little better..

Yeah both doors have been deadened already.......I have 2 6 1/2 and 2 tweets per door already.........I was actually planning on wedging something between the bed and back wall......but let's see how it goes........
