Thewes Posted January 21, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Met up with Joey today at his house. We got mostly everything done except big 3. Still haven't gotten my second sub back from Scott, so just running 1 right now. It still slams, I don't know if I will be able to deal with 2 haha. Joey did all of the work really, I kind of just fucked with the bass knob all day. I drilled a whole in the blank spot above the parking sensor button and traction control button, did some sanding and fits right through. Meanwhile, Joey was soldering some 0 gauge, running wire, and all the other hard stuff. All in all it was a good day, got alot done. Thanks again for your help Joey. Gotta strap up the equipment for the long drive. Before I got to Joey's and took the head unit out to run the RCA's, I can NOT get the fucker back in, so its just sitting in my car with the whole dash off and hanging out half way. Been going through alot of shit with the system messing up so I still only have 1 installed. I've actually taken my sub in and out so many times I dont have a clean spot to drill in so I added another baffle and then I have a flush baffle already cut I just need to do a roundover on. So thats a quadruple baffle on my box haha. I also wasn't happy with the speaker terminals in the back they were letting out too much air so I actually put another layer of 3/4 over the back of my box also.
