How to tackle this rattle

Alright, I just put on the badly needed license plate deadner kit, now the only place left rattling badley is where the bottom of the trunk lid seals by the bumper, if you push in and keep air from escaping, its gone, any ideas? from what I can tell this may be hard to get ride of.

Try putting an extra layer of weather stripping over the rubber already on the trunk. Might not work but seems like a decent idea

I put new weather stripping around the old one, works great.
