81bass Posted June 24, 2012 Report Posted June 24, 2012 Hey all, The other day I started having this issue that i can not figure out. I took a corner a little fast and i guess my mids/hiighs amp shifted and now when i go over 26 on my hu, It sends a horrible popping sound but only with bass. And also, My headunit keeps reading a "FAILURE" Message. so im looking into all options, I was thinking that maybe the board in my amp is messed up? like i said its only with my bass turned up. The headunit is a sony gt-65uwi and the amp is a power acoustik ps-2 820. Open to all suggestions.. Thanks
Born_Again Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 I would check all of the easy/obvious things first, like making sure all the connections/plug-ins are like they should be. Beyond that I have nothing. Good luck man.
Skullz Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 Check the HP/LP/FULL and make sure it is on FULL.
