Fiberglassin Under The Plastic Panels

I just wanna know is it a good thing to fiberglass the under panels of doors, dash, and etc for better reinforcement and dampening factor? Or would this just make shit rattle more in the ride?

i just put peel n stik under the dash and door panles to stop rattleing, because if you make the layer of glass too thick the orignal panel might not go back in place, and if you cover mounting holes you could be in a little trouble

I would say it would still rattle. The fiberglass doesn't have the dampening factors like a deadener does.
