NOOB: Sub to Amp Wiring

Recommended Posts

I have two 2ohm dvc subs. I bought a 2channel amp for them. If I'm correct, when wiring in series you divide the ohm by 2 and when wiring in parallel you multiply the ohm by 2? Correct? I just want to keep the 2ohm load, so how should I wire them?

In series add the ohms, in parallel divide the ohms so, you can go parallel and be 2/2=1 then series and be 2ohms

edit

I'm going with an Audiopipe AP-1800.1D Nevermind its not 2channels. So when I get the wires to the amp, I bridge them?
