Legit professionally place in business since 1968. Anyways I got it back Friday and I posted it up on craigslist for sale right away. I did test it out with a box built to specs and ran it with maybe 100watts rms to make sure everything worked. Also did the push test and multimeter test I had no problems. Some guy then texts me to buy it so we meet up at my house to test it out and show him it works. I showed him everything and he said ok. So after that I went outta town and the creep came back to my house twice(I'm not home) and leave a letter saying he's gonna file a case and all. So I call him because my roommate had found the threatening letter. Turns out he blew the sub I suggested him break it in and all before bumping it anyways he wants his money back saying he's gonna sue for saling a bad sub? So what should I do? I do have receipts and proof of the sub working and tested. And it wasn't blown before I sold it to him plus i told him used and reconed

purplesyrup Posted July 10, 2012 Report Posted July 10, 2012 it will cost him more to take legal action than it would cost for him to just go buy 4 more of those subs, he cant do shit, how do you know he did not just take it and blow it up cause he did not know what he was doing, he cant do shit, if it worked before it went out the door, everything is all on him after that

The cop said he took responsibility after agreeing and paying. Funny because he low balled me saying he doesn't have more money and he had to borrow 10 from his mom but right after he called he said he just spent money on wires and amp. Then he said he was going to the army next week
