Amalan Posted January 16, 2008 Author Report Posted January 16, 2008 i love suede. thinkin bout wrappin my door panels in suede after i'm done with em. cant decide if i wanna paint em a nice color changing blue or not. guess it depends on how much sanding i really wanna do and if i can find any suede. i've checked a few places but no luck. you should definitely do some dash in suede yeah i was going to do some dash accents in suede. im looking for some kind of spray i can use to make the leather vinyl black instead of gray to match the suede
Amalan Posted January 18, 2008 Author Report Posted January 18, 2008 i know this isnt much but i basically have the door panels done i just need to pick up some bigger washers tomorrow to screw them back together. im not sure what to do here. i dunno if i should go with the 2 tone theme or if i should try to color match the doors. what do you guys think?
Amalan Posted February 2, 2008 Author Report Posted February 2, 2008 ok well i got the doors finished had them finished a while ago theyre in the car and look pretty good imo but im still trying to decide what else i want to suede to match the doors. anyway i got started on the box for my two logitech 8s and ugh its a complicated box lol. thanks to forevrbumpin for making that design for me!! ill get more pics up of the box later corners need to be 45degree cut. here are some pics of the amp ill be using for these subs mm sexay amp. im going to be working on running the wires tonight so hopefully itll be up and running either tonight or tomorrow. im thinking tomorrow cause the box glue takes ages to dry in this cold weather.
Amalan Posted February 3, 2008 Author Report Posted February 3, 2008 alright well the box is complete just need the glue to dry so in the meantime i wired up the stinger volt meter. had some debate of where to place it but decided i was going to "float" it in the change holder. also this will allow me to hide it if i want and pull it out. tell me what you guys think

Amalan Posted February 9, 2008 Author Report Posted February 9, 2008 Sick build dude... makes me want a civic even more now theyre fun cars to mod plus extremely cheap to mod. speaking of cheap i bought my rims today (incredible price for them) mainly cause the paint is scratched up badly on them but thats it just a ton of paint scratches not big chips and none of them are bent. i was going to paint them anyway so i hit the jackpot with these wheels. 2 of them have decent tires on them as well maybe 15k miles left on them 1 has no tire 1 has an awful tire i could only assume burnout mania and 1 was used as a spare wheel with a brand new tire on it but has a valve stem leak (easy fix). i went out and bought 2 kuhmo ecstas with alot of life in them from some random guy who has a crap load of tires sitting in his back yard? craigslist is the shit lol. guess which one was the front wheel new kuhmos have a slightly higher profile 45 vs 40 now i need opinions on what color they should be painted. my choices are black, white, bronze or gunmetal/graphite. help me out guys i need you opinion and maybe someone could ps those colors on the wheels.
