Got t boned last night by a dodge ram in my 01 cavalier i only had for 2 months....god this sucks i was found at fault but i was making a left turn on a hill and couldnt see the car coming on the other side...this couldnt have came at a worst time because im already being sued for a million dollars from an accident a year ago (greedy bastards). Im very glad i was driving by myself because there isnt a passenger side ne more..Ill try to get some pics up when i go to the tow lot..This fucking blows :(

i was driving a hyundai for that accident and it was totalled but yea i get what youre saying...each passenger is asking for 500,000.

Did you have insurance? If so I dont think they can sue you for shit.

even then full will only cover up to a ceritan dollar amount thus the reason for stack and unstacked coverage.... it gets deeper than many know when it comes to how deep youre coverd per event
