Robby Holmes Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 going to be for a single 15" XL M2 currently getting about 1600rms (after i purchase h/o alternator will bump it up to 3k) but, i want to build a box for myself and go kind of all out with it (glassed inside, 45's/possibly kurfs, etc.) but i know i dont want aero ports (just due to me not liking how the look) so, i need some recommendations for square port area. other than that, its going to be 3.2 cubes (hopefully tuned to ~40hz) going into a 97 buick riviera input welcomed and appreciated! Joe X Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 You have to know your vehicle's resonant frequency and tune in a way that the box peaks at that frequency, it's done with flared aeros since those let you fine tune easily and have low surface resistance/turbulence. Quote
