Mounting Subs question

Hey guys i noticed today when i was getting the subs together that the surround moves a bit and is loose i am wondering i i need to put a washer at all or anything to protect it when i am mounting drilling it to the box. l just dont want anything to happen to them. they are level 4 10s M2. let me know what i can do.

Yea that's just the rubber gasket, it comes off pretty easy. Just line up the holes when you go to put the subs in the box.
