Ddub847
Good morning. Im looking to stop all rattles in my car. It is a 2005 dodge magnum. I see that you have a Bstock damplifier pro 30 sq foot pack will this be enough?
Second Skin Rep Jon
Depends on how bad the rattles are, but yes a 30 sq. ft. pack of Damplifier Pro would definitely help. If you just go with 25% coverage per panel (typically all that is needed) that would give you enough to do all four doors and lift gate with material left over. You can also reduced/stop rattles by just using some closed cell foam behind the plastic trim panels. By isolating them from the sheet metal you can vastly reduce the amount of rattling you hear. Ddub847
Should i still use 25% coverage in the floor of the hatch back?
MrSkippyJ
Yup. and unless you are putting the deadener in where the plastic meets the metal, then the deadener won't reduce rattle. I used some deadener where the plastic panels clip onto the metal and it helped some, but not completely. Just be aware of that!
