Are you upgrading woofers or adding more cus the BC3500 is alot for just two sa-12's. and the BC3.5K will require better electrical than you have now. Thats gonna be more too. Thats 3875wrms. 1900+watts per sa-12. EDit: just read you have D2 subs. Are you planning running .5ohm or you gonna run 2ohm?
