difference in enclosure sizes

is there any difference between a smaller box tuned to 32hz rather than a large box tuned to 32hz with the same woofer? also if a box is tuned to 32hz with a single sub if i make it an isobaric to cone cone would the tuning change ??

bigger box = less power needed

smaller box = more power needed

and they will probably sound different and peak differently.

ill let someone else step in on isobarics, me not so good on those.
