95 Jetta 2 RD 10's w/ audiotechnix build *Sealing the Trunk*

the build looks good man, I don't know if i missed it but why are you sealing the trunk from the rest of the car?

I'm firing the subs into the cabin and i'm sealing the trunk off so no air can go back and forth in the trunk.

From what i've read its the loudest set up for a trunk, but now onto some more pics.

My current 95 Jetta Build w/

pioneer h/u

2 RD Sonance 10's with flatwind coils

2 Audiopipe apsm 1500.1s

1 Hifonics Brutus Elite 60x4

1 XS d925

1 Stinger spv35

1 1000 amp lead acid

50 ft of 0/1 ofc from Audiotechnix

all powerbass components, and coaxils, 4 sets

I'm about to head out to get some threaded rod and work on my trunk set up, i keep getting water in the trunk somehow, i gotta figure out where its coming from.

well, you where right about room, where the line to the fuel tank is in the trunk will lift my sub box up so my boxes won't fit, so i'm off to work so i can cut them down, i'll post some more pics tonight.

Its been one of those days where everything i figured ended up just being plain wrong, oh well, gotta suck it up and keep on going.

I had to cut my 6x9 boxes down to fit, but we had some heavry rain so i'll hop on that tomorrow, once i get this trunk leak figured out for certain i'll start my amp racks

ive had about 20 different sub boxes in mine, pretty like the back of my head how much room is in that trunk.

once it dries i'll mount it, i'm getting struts replaced next saturday so i got to leave most everything out just to make it easy on the mechanic
