Multiple Speakers On One Channel, or One Per Channel?

Okay, so I am more or less a beginner builder. Everything that I have ever done has always been with regular coaxial speakers for budget reasons. Today my buddy finally told me he wanted me to put a high quality system in his truck with components. Due to the amount of subs he is going to run, we are planning on running two sets of rockford t1 or t2 6.5 component sets. I already have a kicker 350.4 from a previous build, and he can easily get a kicker 650.4 (by the way he only wants kicker amps). I don't know if this matters but in the vehicle, one set of speakers will be in custom fiberglass enclosures in the rear pillars, and the other set will be in custom fiberglass door panels in the front doors.

What I was planning on doing was running each speaker off its own channel of the 650. This is how I've always done it.

The other day it was recommended to me to wire each set of mids to two ohms, then each set of tweets to 2 ohms, then run the tweets on the front channels, and the mids on the rear channels of the 350.4.

I just want to know what you guys would recommend.

Also, he already has a kicker 1500.1 in the truck. Would he get better performance out of 3 Sundown sa 10s or 3 Sundown sd-2 10's in a 3 cube box tuned to 35 hz?

Usually amps are internally bridged and will run at 2 ohms regardless. I'd do what is suggested and run then in parallel and I'd do whatever fits. If you've got like 7+ cubes to work with do 3 12's ported if you don't do what fits.
