If your max dims are 16 x 34 x 23 then about 4 cubes is you can have. (would need to declare the subs displacement of 0.32 cubes).

torres says 5.86 - 2x 0.16disp so i got around 5.5cuft

You are looking at the gross volume, look below to find the net volume, that is the one that specs the box it reads above 4 cubes but when you enter the driver displacement you will get about 4 cubes.

oh yea.. I see now..

I will stick to this than !

and I still gotta think off how to cut all the stuff since torres doesnt include the port pieces with my port size..

I will update the above suggestion to fit 23 deep instead of 23.5". Just a minute.

Ok here is one like the above but 23 deep which is your max, managed near 30Hz and good port area:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 30.25 Hz

Vb = 4 ft^3

External Height = 16 in

External Width = 34 in

External Depth = 23 in

Port Width = 4 1/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 34 x 16

Left & Right Sides = 20 3/4 x 14 1/2

Top & Bottom = 34 x 20 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 16 5/8 x 14 1/2

Extension = 13 x 14 1/2
