Alternator noise problem

I know there's a billion of these threads but none seem to quite answer. What my problem is, is that i get whine in my front left door and that's it. Now what i'm not sure about is why it's just one channel on a four channel KNU RCA. Could it possibly a bad crossover? At first it did it a little when hit bumps than went away. But now it's constant, so i unplugged that RCA. What do you think it could be? Thanks for the help

Possible amp problem.

Possible speaker grounding problem.

Possible bad rca jack on that channel.

First i would switch the front L/R speakers at the amp to see if it stays at the speaker or changes with the switch.

If it stays with the speaker then you have the speaker wire shorting out on something from being cut or pinched somewhere.

If it switches with the change then try switching the rca's to see if that also switches or stays the same.

You'll have to try everything to try and isolate the cause of the noise.
