Low amperage pulls for extended periods of time has no relation to instant high amperage draws. Do you want to stay with all D6500 size batteries? Are you going to be competing, mostly daily driver, or demo? If you want to stay with the D6500 size and you are going to be doing a lot of demos or competition use, then I would recommend at least 4 D6500 in the back.
