I have learned getting proper area in a single 8 box requires long port. Maybe he could start the port on the right then go along the back and output on the left front without any 45's or bracing just sand the edges down on each turn. Maybe a double baffle. That would be an easy first box. go to page 1 theres an easier 1 there, also to quote myself post #26 "if ant that you fancy, let me no and i can modify them to suit you power and required tune" and in #28 i also said i would never recommend that much port for his power referring to pic in #27,
