ok i got this problem a friend of mine tint my headlamps but he really make them black at night u can see the lights but not like a 6000k hid's. how can i fix this a little?, also they looks like a dry color??? also he used "lens tint"

Take the tint off and re apply lighter tint.

Have you tried to google ways to get it off? I can't really offer any more suggestions as I've never tried it, but maybe find a way to remove it and have a go doing a lighter tint yourself?
