What does this mean?

So I was helpin my buddy out with his subs and gettin them out before he sold his car. So he's all bragging about how his Fi Bls have 4" coils an all that and I'm like dude shut up its impossible for a 4" coil to fit in a 3" coil spot and he was like dude I swear they did. So we pull them out and on each one there is a signature

So does this make them rare? Are they worth more?
