Got new internet this weekend. Speeds inside!

Recommended Posts

So my old interwebs was trough a cable connection. 1.5 down and 256 up. Paid $60 bucks a month for years for tat line. Company refused to upgrade while at the same time upgraded every surrounding town to better speeds. People around me had 10/2 available for what i was paying.

So a new company comes to town and laid fiber right up to every house. They got the network running just recently and now i have a better connection.

Keep in mind the population of my town is about 400 people.

I love it!

Thanks. I'm sure the fiber has plenty more capacity, just haven't got the option yet. This is as fast as it gets around here anyway.

(on a side note, don't buy a "onn" brand keyboard. I have to pretty much punch my "h" key to get it to work.)

oh, believe mr, i'm payin. 80 a month to be exact. But I don't care. To get these speeds in a town with a pop of 400 people it's expected. The installer told me my old company is pulling out, funny how they haven't said a thing and are on this campaign to get government grants or some crap.
